Of particular interest is Richard Newcomb, Esq., Judge's decision indicating that Lemuel Wheelock should pay Fifty-two dollars to Relief Smith ( Daniel's widow ) for her own use. L. Wheelock is allowed to add these expenses to the account of administration of the estate.
