Item # C16. A four page description of the neighborhood water system that was built in the 1860s to bring water from a reservoir on the old Cook farm on Mt. Grace to a number of houses in the village. Its maintenance caused disputes that on occasion became quite bitter.

Grey taffeta 2 piece wedding dress with mother of pearl buttons and net and tatted lace cuff and neckline jabot decoration. Also has detached bustle. Notation with dress says: "Florence Steele Cook wedding dress. Millian Fred Cook first wife. Mother of Fred R. Cook and George Steele Cook. Property of George Steele Cook." The wedding was in 1874.
