Copy of the Proprietors' Records of Gardner's Canada from 1736-1771. Original is in the Warwick town clerk's office. Document contains record of the proceedings of the Great and General Court or Assembly for His Majestys Province of the Massachusetts Bay in 1735 dealing with the settlement of the western parts of the Province and a list of the original settlers of Gardner's Canada 1761.
