On the bottom shelf of glass display case on the west wall of room 1A are 2 framed original drawings by Jessie McDermott. These were done for the book series, "Jolly Good Times in Hackmatack" and presented to the library by the author, Mary P. Wells Smith, wife of Fayette Smith, the son of Rev. Preserved Smith and Tryphena Goldsbury Smith.
