Letter from William Cotton requesting information on Justus Jillson, first superintendent of schools in South Carolina and a native of Warwick, MA. Handwritten notes on the letter (Charles Morse) indicate that Justus was born in 1839 and died at 1881. Notes also list names and dates of birth and death for his wife and children, buried in Warwick cemetery.
